Grant Francis

Grant has been very involved with his community for a very long time.  Since coming here in 1942 he has played organized baseball in little league, pony league and colt league.  He was in Boy Scout troop 76, then in the Explorers. He was involved with the YMCA for many years, helping with the fund raising campaign, sponsoring a Hi-Y group, managing a summer camp, working on the Christmas tree lot for the Y’s men, and starting the Westchester Hot Line in conjunction with the Airport Marina Counseling Center.  He has been the block captain of his block for many years, and has worked with Cyndi Hench in starting many of the neighborhood watch groups in the community.  He has hung most of the Neighborhood Watch signs in Westchester.  He loves his community and wants to gather folks together to meet each other and to have some fun with Westchester CA Team Challenge.

Amy Nelson Frelinger

Real estate is Amy’s third career. The first one was as a professional dancer in TV, movies and commercials. For 25 years, Amy moved through a life in the dance arts from the 1970s to the 1990s. Her second career as a fitness professional overlapped and supplemented her dancing life. From the early days of the 1980s when leg warmers were all the “style”, big hair was everywhere and the driving beat of Pop music orchestrated the Aerobic Fitness movement, Amy taught fitness classes locally, nationally and internationally. Her specialty evolved into being a fitness industry spokeswoman for Polar heart rate monitors. So movement has always been a key ingredient in Amy’s personal and professional life. It brings her joy! It puts a smile on the faces of her family and friends. It feeds her soul with happiness. It brings JOY Amy wants to share.

As a Realtor® since 2005, MOVING people has a completely new and different meaning now. Helping people buy, sell and lease real estate is the next evolution in her life of helping people be in a better position than when she found them.
