0-6” = 5 points
6”-12” = 4 points
12”-18” = 3 points
Football toss – Two-person teams, play for 10 rounds
Place a trash can 30’ away.
Each team gets 10 rounds.
First player throws five balls and second team member retrieves the balls, then change places, second team member throws five balls. Then second team throws five balls for each person.
Total points after each round, playing 10 rounds.
Hit the can = 1 point. In the can = 5 points
KETTLEBELL relay RACE
Three, two-person teams, male and female.
Place a cone 60’ away.
The first pair holds the KB, runs around the cone and back and gives the KB to the second pair. The second pair runs with the KB around the cone and this continues until all three pairs have run the course.
If the KB is dropped, that run is disqualified.
Each team has three chances, if they wish, with the best time being recorded. Everyone has a chance to participate.
Hold the Rope
6 members from each team, three males and three females, must all hold the rope at all times, as they all run, single file, behind each other, around the orange cone, at the far end of the field, and back.
Each team is timed.

At the end of each game, the Game Leader turns in the score sheet with the winners score, and times to the secretary.
The secretary then posts the winners on the score board.
